PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE, DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS SHOP.MOST OF THE STOCK IS RUN DOWN AND OUT DATED & FAULTY.IN ADDITION TO THIS EVEN WITH A RECEIPT AND ONLY 3/4 DAYS AFTER PURCHASING A PRODUCT THAT I SOON FOUND TO BE FAULTY WAS OFFERED TERRIBLE I CAN'T SAY CUSTOMER SERVICE AS IT WASNT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL ...I WAS OFFERED A SEVERAL DAY WAITING PERIOD WHILST THERE SO CALLED QUALITY CONTROL TEAM COULD DO A FULL INSPECTION OF A PRODUCT THAT WAS CLEARLY FAULTY ..NO OTHER SHOP IN MY EXPERIENCE IS SO BAD A LOOKING AFTER CASH PAYING CUSTOMERS. (-F) IS FOR YOU'RE TERRIBLE POLICY AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ITS ALSO (F) For FAULTY SO DOUBLE -F -FTO BURY CASH GENERATOR. THINK VERY VERY VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU HAND OVER ANY MONEY TO THIS SHOP AS YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANY TYPE OF PROTECTION OR RIGHTS DESPITE ANY RECEIPT YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN BY ILL TRAINED ILL INFORMED STAFF.

Phoned up the store to check on exchange rates. The member of staff was very helpful and advised me to order through No1 currency and pick up from them. I did everything went very smoothly and I got a much better rate than other stores in Bury.

Always beats CEX on prices , and you can buy your item back from here unlike CEX where you lose your item also quicker at texting your stuff warm and helpful staff , TOP STORE !

Bought an item which was faulty and shown them proof and the staff was very hostile and abusive. They don't have the knowledge to test stuff efficiently like CEX do in Bury. The place needs closing down.
