Client Review on Cash For Cans

Before even entering I was told "I'm not helping you". I was waiting in line with 8 bags. I attempted to call before hand to ensure this would not be a waste of my time. A guy came out to quickly grab another guests cans and took one look at my cart and said "I'm not helping you" he then proceeded to tell me "too bad" "go somewhere else then". I asked him why he would take everyone elses but not mine, he pointed to the pop residue at the bottom of one of my bags and said "no where will take them since there is mold"......I have never experienced someone so rude, so unhelpful, and so lazy. I can assume that as the only person on that day he denied me simply out of laziness and not wanting to deal with my larger amount. As someone who works in customer service I was appalled at how he treated me. Shame on you and your employees.
