Bad store layout. Most of the items should not even be on their floor as they are in bad condition. Seems like they will buy your good quality items for peanuts and sell them elsewhere and stock rubbish in their store

Great for quick small loans, once approved the cash is immediately deposited into your bank account. There is enough parking space on an open plot of land, and you are not in a full mall.

Horrible customer service on this saturday the store has 5 staff who stand around doing nothing !!! 1 staff member is helping and the other staff argued infront of customer about who will help .When the supervisor asked who was going to help the staff said no they must wait .."They being myself and 5 other customers behind me ."

Buyback store, NEVER has money to pay out to people who are looking for quick cash. There is a reason people bring to the store, as normally when it comes to selling things they are desperate. I feel so sorry for your team there, as they are fantastic people to deal with (Leon and your lady there are AMAZING), however they have to keep turning away customers as they do not have cash which I am sure if embarrasing for them. This is NOT their fault, but managements fault, if they cannot keep their shop in float. This has happened many times... not good . Changed my review from 5 stars to 2.

Hi everybody, just telling my experience as it happened, I was at this store last Friday afternoon, desperate to sell a few loose items for cash, sad there for about 15 - 20 minutes seeing only one man serving a few of us waiting, just to be told later sorrt he can not buy anymore of our items because he only had R20 left available to purchase items !! ??.Sorry Mr Manager but I feel that was bad service !!!. Won"t see me there quick again ! ...Lol
