staff were very rude bought an Asus laptop (which works great) staff had no knowledge about the hardware.anyway onto the laptop so far works reliably no issues slightly laggy but that's to be expected for a low end pentium braswell n3710i'd hate to be selling something to these guysgo to Morayfield if you want a better customer service
