Today I experienced the worst service ever. I have tried to sell my item and the staff started pinpointing non existent faults on my item in turn trying their best to reduce the value of goods. I just stormed out in disgust and drove to Sunningdale where the staff was friendly and welcoming. And to top it all off they bought my good for three times compared what was offered. You do not deserve this one star

Used to live buying at this store. As you would find some bargains there. Recently I have bought 2 items at this branch that was faulty. I returned it within the specified time of the guarantee, only to have them refuse to give my cash back. Insisting I take another faulty item.

Nice place, love browsing here, helpful staff and goodish prices. It is a bit dirty though, but I suppose it is part of a secondhand shop, have seen much worse.

Good place to find second hand games for PS3/4 and Xbox one. Sometimes the pricing on the games are really good with some killer deals. Other times games are cheaper brand new. Other items sold are well presented for second hand. I rarely purchase anything else other than games.The staff are friendly and helpful. Once they get to know a regular face, they are very accomidating if you have issues with a returned item. If you are selling items, do a little research on what the item costs new. The buyers have a set perimeter to which they have to work by. So, dont expect thr same amount or close to if you are looking to sell something urgently. I'll always go back there as stock is always replaced.
