Most of the people are great and helpful. Don't expect to get the same money you paid for something. Its only a percentage of what you paid as it's not worth as much.

Absolute rip offs !! Had some tools , next to brand new I might add , and they offered me $100 !! For $1000 worth of tools !! I drove a few kilometres away to my Gravatt store where the gave me $350 for the tools ! Do not come here !!!! They will rip you off !!! Only gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0!!!
