Loved the service. Bought a Bluetooth speaker and was helped all the way through. Was given the chance to test different ones, and see if I liked the sound(and if it worked) and was given a good discount too.

Avoid. They sell goods which simply do not work. Resolution is a 7.5% refund for a broken Xbox Controller.

The local Cash Converters store which provides secondhand jewellery & musical instruments, Cameras, computers, tv's, dvd players & Mobile phones! Loans & finance is available! Friendly & helpful service!

Low balling, false advertising, they have signs saying the pay top dollar for blurays for example, when in actually fact the will offer $1 regardless of the title.

They sold me a dud power drill.After purchasing it from Stafford Cash Converters, they converted my good money in rubbish.The drill turns on but does not engage so I spent money on rubbish.There is no way it suddenly stopped working. It must not have worked when they sold it to me.I am disgusted.

absolutely horrible customer service staff argue and threaten to tamper with your goods that you have pawned seriously not kidding! They used to be good but now i wouldn't bother heading here unless you want to get ripped off and buy dodgy/faulty items. Go the extra mile and head to toombul store they are polite and very helpful and respectful.
