Great service, willing to negotiate price and add extras. Looked up the retail price for me to make sure I was getting the right price. Good selection of most things for the size of the shop. Particularly jewellery.

Horrible store! They close well before closing time saying they're due to close soon so can't help any more customers! Even if it's 20 mins before closing, why bother having the store open or a business with such rude staff.

I've bought goods from here several times previously however went in yesterday and had the worst service ever from a hipster with attitude who went out of his way to make me feel unwelcome as if I was wasting his time. I thought that sales people were there to assist customers and make sales.Had no idea about the item I was looking at and just couldn't be bothered making a sale so I went elsewhere and bought a similar item. I won't be going back anytime soon.

Earrings defective bought on 22/11/2018. Took it back 23/11/2018 Never hear from them again Called up to enquire on 05/12/2018 person said to hold while checking for 20mins.Put down phone. Called again person busy will call back 5mins. After 18 to 19hours no call back I called again person on the phone not servicing but arguing what she thought was right Refused to listen that there was no call. Earrings still not given back Wasted $250.
