If you are going to lie about opening hours, your credibility is already established. Sat at 4.40 being closed is not 5pm. FAIL.

They wanted gold. Took in a piece, they went to the back and the briolet stone was lying lose on the counter when they handed it back. Girl from the back told me the glue came lose and jeweller wasnt surposed to glue it in. Obviously new nothing about jewellery even when she apparently does the appraisals. Now I have to pay for the jewellery repair!!

Prices are quite high in regards to buying the item brand new and especially when considering what they pay for them which is next to nothing even considering the overheads of the shopfront. Profit margins too high to be a good deal for the customer. In saying that there is a good selection of reasonably priced junk, but thats cause its junk.
