Never went back to this store after a horrible experience. A salesman was stocking the electronics cabinet, and I was waiting for him to finish so I could look at iPods. A saleswoman came up and whispered loudly for him to look out for me because I was clearly going to steal. I complained to their manager and was told I misheard her. Staff are horrible here and management don't care. Avoid.

Despite the way it works now with not getting much(put mildly,sorry cash converters!)on items you sell I was impressed by this store as the person serving me had a good attitude. I can't fault them due to the store's bad policy of giving you next-to-nothing on selling DVDs so "credit where credit's due" at least I got something as I'd no other option-couldn't give the DVDs away or I would have. Store location of note as it was alot easier to get to & near public transport in the Melboure suburbs.

Great customer service. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and assisted with every aspect of the purchase from the telephone call to putting a rubber band on the cord of the heater I purchased. Thank you!

Simon was Super helpful, went out of his way to help me choose a camera lens and even helped me charge a camera battery so I could try different lenses out before deciding on my purchase :) probably would not have purchased without Simon’s excellent service. Thanks Simon!!

Went in at 1pm to get an $800 Personal Loan, waited 5 mins for him to finish serving the person in front of me, 20 mins later all completed, 60 mins later money in my account. Now that is FAST!

Went to buy an item. They scanned it and said it's not available for sale because it's still waiting for police clearance. Why have something on the shelves you can't sell? And then make it out like it's my fault and my problem? Nice one, Cashies.
