Feedback:

Most staff members are quite agreeable until challenged in any way, then they become quite agitated. One particular member is just downright unpleasant 24/7 and is an almost pathological liar, if you happen disagree with him whether you're right or wrong your point of view is either rude or illegal. I would recommend giving the buys and loans section a miss if you can, it's just not worth running into the one who ruins it for everyone else.

Dont take fridges there!Sent a what's it worth inquiry on 2 fridges to them via the website and advised them that one of the fridges was missing shelves in the freezer compartment and the crisper drawer was not the original, received a reply to bring both fridges in and then another (automated) email a few days later reminding me to bring in the fridges. So I arrange a trailer and family member to help with the fridges and am told when I get there that neither fridge can be taken because the staff member didn't see the part about the crisper not being the original in my quote request and the other (near new) fridge had a small chip which exposed the insulation and they are not allowed to sell any fridges in that condition. Would have been nice if they said that in the what's it worth reply with the quote because lugging fridges over and arranging a trailer is no small task.

Was waiting in line while they were serving another customer at closing time, after they served the first person they kicked me out, terrible and rude customer service, would reccomend people drive to Pakenham instead

Personal loan side the best service at cash converters, worst thing about buys and loan are the attitude adjustments needed or a thought towards restaffing one that is most definitely disrespectful,Apon asking it to fix my mis spelt name in there system they said meh we know who you are, but to use a keypass as id is in there books taboo and against the law and thats the rule it desides to follow instead of a matter of a wrongly identified/named customer standards must be so high its laughable
