I sold a Chanel scarf with the receipt and they only offered me $5.00. I needed the money as I am unemployed at the moment. I noticed that they were selling it on the webshop for $119. I really got ripped off and when I sent them an email questioning the price they didn't bother to reply. I wish this company had some morals and compassion.

Havent been in there but they have been very helpful during the time Christies Beach shop is closed. Staff are very helpful and friendly over the phone. A pleasure dealing with them

I bought five Nintendo game console's from different cash converters stores an not one of them worked they should be made to have all their electrical item's tested by independent electricians to be able to sell electrical . the staff are nice people but the sales policy extremely bad

Lengthy wait and lack of any customer service or accountability. I would highly recommend that you pass Cash Converters and rethink your decision. Maybe a jeweller or antique store would be more fair in pricing then this company!
