Sunday 26 August 2019 9.00am. The manager on duty needs to be trained on how to speak to Customers. Prancing about the shop on his tippy toes not even stopping to answer a question. It appeared he was more devoted to swinging about the shop to appear important than he is to doing any business with valuable customers. Horrid waste of time experience.

Staff is friendly and willing to serve. They are eager to make a deal and assist in finding what you are looking for.Items is just not always at better than new price, but still well priced. The buying division is safe and secure. The do a market related analysis and allows a bit of negotiation. The shop is well laid out and it is easy to move even with the wide selection of stock.Well situated and easily accessible.

The best place to go if your plan is to waste your time, see staff fight amongst one another, feel claustrophobic and finally flee without buying anything. Don’t do it.

Having gone into this store yesterday to see if they had any pet travel cases to sell, I found them ridiculous on prices. They had two pet carriers for sale, one of which was R20 cheaper than purchasing a new one at Crazy Plastics across the road and another that was R10 more expensive. In speaking to a member of staff he walked off with a shrug and said they are under new management and want to make more money. If you do decide to shop here be aware that it might be cheaper to buy new.
