Client Review on Cash Converters Melville

A bunch of liars and thieves you guys are. Selling nothing but goods that do not function. A washing machine was bought from your store some in May or early June. As i was away after purchasing the washing machine and I only got back in August, I attempted to use the machine, and to my surprise, it was not working. I called the store on the 22 August to report the incident and i got assistance from a guy called Ben who apparently has resigned from there 2-3weeks after reporting the incident. With Ben no longer being at the store, I then got Lucky to deal with at the store. For the past 2months, i have been running up and down wasting my airtime and data with them requesting for a washing machine. I got bloody fed up last week 06/10/2016 and requested for a refund. I got promised by Lucky that the money would be transferred into my account on Friday, 07/10/2016, and till today, no money was transferred. Now Lucky is no longer answering my whattsup messages and calls. I honestly wonder where you guys learned your customer service from, as it's completely rotten and disgusting.
