Not much positive to say about this place. Much like their Broadmeadow store the staff leave a lot to be desired. I came here looking for a retail shop to have a look through. I walked into this tiny smelly shoe box of a shop. Completely surprised there was no retail floor. Isn’t that the whole point of a pawn brokers?? I asked about a retail section and was told that I need to pay attention to the front window as it says there is one at Broadmeadow. The attitude from the staff was horrendous. I went and had a bite to eat at subway, I was there for about 45 minutes and not one customer walked into that shop. Which made me wonder why on earth would you have 2 shops so close to each other especially when one isn’t even an actual pawn shop. To me that is terrible business and just appears to be happy to let waste money. As for the staff. Well it doesn’t surprise me no one goes there if that’s what they have to deal with.
