Staff are mostly rude and obviously unhappy in job. Two items I have bought failed and upon return was told 'we have tested it and it's OK so no warranty. Avoid this place.... Move on.

Selling a Seiko watch I got for over $1000 they wanted to give me $50 rude staff the place is like a time capsule of the 90s and bad service they take advantage of the poor for there self

Very disappointing. We got vacuum cleaner and TV from maroochydore store. Vacuum cleaner stopped working in one month which we only used couple of times. And for the tv remote they said they didn’t have one but we can get universal remote easily out in market. We ended up not finding any remote for that Polaroid TV.
