I was absolutely outraged by the service received at this establishment. They wouldn't help me because the staff member who sold me an item was apparently fired. If you want great service go elsewhere. They will be nice to you until they take your money then they will show you how they do business. Definitely won't be coming back here again. If there was a zero star option here that what I would have given you deserve a zero!!!!!!!!!!

Was quoted a price for an item but when at the store a few min later the item was now R1500.00 more. I settled for an alternative item. Seems like they quote one price then claim the item was sold the previous day. Does not make sense as sales person should know and check before quoting.

Brilliant helpful staff. But they must check their stock first. Bought a fish tank and found a crack in the bottom glass.Now that I've cleaned the tank and the stand, I find that the tank does Not fit into the stand and was probably perched onto the stand when it was on display in the shop.The two items shouldn never have been sold together. I feel so ripped off.Changing the two stars to one because there is no zero stars.
