True as Bob I will never visit this cashconverters again!been utterly disgusted!took a loan on my laptop and went to get it back, only to be told the goods have been stolen in a robbery, I mean really?!all my sentimental value..gone!been re-imbursed by a lady Jeanette but it is still disgusting!not recommended!

Can't get hold of anyone! Went there earlier to buy PS3 games for my son for Christmas. Got home wanting to wrap it, just to see that they haven't checked the disks.. i've ended up with one PS4 game we can't use... as per google it shows the branch is open till 19:00, but no one picks up the phone! So annoyed! Please check your stuff before leaving!
