I bought a guitar they had listed on eBay. It was exactly as described, it was packed extremely well & was delivered in a few days. These guys hit it out of the park.

So disappointing. We made an online purchase a few weeks ago and the manager had promised that the packaging would be of the highest standard as the items were delicate. When we received the items they had not been packed as promised and the came in a post bag! All 4 items were damaged and now are worthless. What a disappointment! Please

I was recently looking at a ring from cash converters online at the Hampstead Gardens location and messaged a wonderful and very knowledgeable lady Caterina who answered many questions and requests in a very prompt manner. Caterina was so helpful and assisted with my every need. I came into the store to purchase the ring and Caterina was so lovely and explained everything very thoroughly. I would highly recommend this store and especially Caterina. I will definately be back again. Thank you so much Cash Converters 😊😊

The best Cash Converters in Adelaide!! Hamstead Gardens give the BEST customer service, staff are friendly, lovely, helpful and amazing. I have buy 3 rings from Cat she is very patient willing to help and most importantly she is AMAZING!! Also the manager in store Belinda is AMAZING too! They both rock the shop. Highly recommend this store.
