Wanted to purchase this drill posted on Gumtree but the lady was looking to find in stock then proceeded to make conversation with another customer (very rude!) turns out wasted my time as wasn't in stock but advert still online (slack customer service)

nelson,brad,Anita d and enzo mslit my laptop ac Adaptor powersupply charger cable the side that plugs into my laptop for my toshiba but cutting it and bending it in front of me when on loan with cash converters glenelg and then Brad ,and Nelson had the balls to say i didn't whitch is ballcrap i will never loan anything thing to cash converters ever again!!! I spoken to Anita d, i just called and they denied taking responsibility for their actionsthey only want to speak to you in a room by yourself and you cant take anyone else with you so you dont have witnesses nothing about replacing the item that has been damagedand if i could i would of rated 0 out of 10 they don't give your items you loan any love or respect and Ancita D says just buy a new one what a joke they are when you cant buy the original ac adaptor for toshiba L750 satelliteand i woundlt loan with this store ever again get this the worst experience i have ever had

i revived a ban from stores [12 months]when ive made a complaint....Further more ive had no contact to let you know my side of the situation.....? I Expect a phone call from someone from head office ASAP! Otherwise i will further my complaints with consumer affairs and will Postr all over social media how ive been treated by management ......I was angry at the store but i was never aggressive and i had every reason to be angry....I also went to another store that same day and was able to loan my item no questions asked and didnt have my time wasted and poor excuses to why i couldnt loan.....100% Nicoler at cash converters at glenelg profiled me from the get go then spun me a story about company not able to take when the store manager at clovelly park said that she shouldnt of dealt with me in the way she did to begin with.....Once again Cash converters at there best.....Say one thing then do another.....Just like the so called phone call to follow up.....

Absolute thieves! payed $437 for a one and a half month loan on a laptop which was $250 dollars. Was told I only had to pay $87.50 on Interest, somehow it ended up being $187. I didn't argue I just paid them, people like Micheal take advantage of desperate people on a day to day basis. I overheard someone else (who looked Drug affected / Homeless) very upset with a similar issue, who couldn't afford the interest or to get their goods back. I understand Business is necessary but when you tell a customer he has to only pay $87 for the loan in question that's all they should pay. I really wonder how these people sleep at night. A big middle finger up to this business and if you're thinking of getting some quick cash here is not the place to do it. Thank you.
