I won't speak about the loan / selling bit ( all pawn shops are similar ) but this store the staff are super friendly and helpful and they make great deals some stuff is priced good and can be a complete steal though lately the price/s on what I like is " decent " but a bit much in some cases But I do prefer this store more when compared to the others Dandenong is tied as they have great service too

Not worth a visit took 2 gold rings in to loan and they SAY they have best gold prices well who are they fooling- definitely check the others especially the red place put a loan in at 10% for jewellery

James and Nathan are both excellent and this store is a really relaxed chilled vibe. UPDATED REVIEW 8/2/18The store is a bit out of the way if your coming from the city but worth the trip I have only been in to the store once, sent to the store via the way of Collingwood I think it was for a bluetooth speaking that the Frankston store had that Collingwood didn't have in stock. For a franchise store this ticks the right boxes in my mind to be honest. This is certainly WELL STOCKED, THE PRICES ARE DECENT. The Service is ACE, there webshop is decent with online customer service. It's a winner all around when I was in the store I found a diamond in the rough 360fly camera certainly can't wait to go backStaff has changed a bit but the service is still awesome prices are reasonable and they are always willing to negotiate with you, Greg rocks to be honest he is really a pleasure to deal with via webshop
