Awesome Customer service in the 'Buy and Loans', from Matt, Olivia and Jess. I wanted to sell Motorbike gear but didn't want strangers coming to my home to try on. Yes you will get less money than Gumtree or other avenues, but I was glad for the privacy. They need to make money from your goods so you have to be realistic in the price you want. It will also help the price, if your items are in good to great condition, clean and well presented. Might go through the shed now and 'let go' of gear I don't use anymore! The 'Buy and Loans' entrance is located on the southern wall, close to the Elizabeth railway station, with parking at the rear of the Store. Wheelchair ♿ access and parking is available.2nd visit : I was so impressed by the Customer service I went back! Mitch was confident and charismatic, offering great conversation. I sold a variety of musical equipment and received a fair price. If you're looking to purchase jewellery, go into the Store and see Debbie. A friendly lady with a great smile, who is very helpful. Ps - Don't park out the front of the 'Buy and Loans' entrance, you'll be blocking the footpath. Parking is at the rear of the Store. Thursdays are a good day to go, if you want to 'beat the queue'.

Possibly the most messiest cash converters store ever. You could rake the carpet. The place really smelt bad as well. Staff were friendly enough. We were there for about 15min and no one asked us if we needed anything.

Girl that helped me sell my stuff was fantastic. Efficient and friendly and I walked away with a decent sum. Will definitely be bringing more stuff here to sell.

Was completly ignored by 2 staff members one walked off n the other served a man behind me neither of them even adknowledged me i went to jewerly table n asked to speak with a manager for a complaint about it she was great apologised to me served me straight away even gave me discount which i definatly didnt expect thats why even tho a few staff had no idea about customer service she definatly made up for it

By far the best service I've had, the people at Salisbury could learn a thing or two from them but I'd highly doubt that. The only con I could think of is the pricing of selected items, there were times where I struck gold and others where it is bonkers. $35 for Fallout 76 is a ripoff
