The technician that works there doesn't know what he's doing. Went to sell my iPhone and Huawei and he said they are both fakes. Went to Apple in Midrand, they checked both phones IME numbers and they are both original. Please train your staff. Or is it because you guys didn't want to do a sale?

TERRIBLE, FOUND OUT MY TV WAS PAWNED THERE BY SOMEONE AND I NEED TO FIND OUT THE DETAILS BUT NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES, EVEN THE HEAD OFFICE TRIED CALLING THEM AND SENT THEM AN EMAIL STILL NO RESPONSE

New ownership has really turned the shop around, mostly new stock (like brand new). The prices are also very reasonable and fair.The staff are warm and welcoming as well as friendly in their service.Will most definitely see me often.
