Very nicely presented entry-level jewelry (I chose not to tempt myself with the high-end stuff 😆), plenty to look at and very tempting specials on dvds and cds. I was surprised to be asked for my details to purchase those, but then I didn't expect them to be covered by the 90 day warranty either.The staff were pleasant and let us browse in peace, but were quick to serve us when we were ready to buy.☺

I called the store this morning and spoke to a lovely lady named Trish, who handled my inquiry in a very professional and thoughtful manner. I then dealt with Aaron, who was able to direct to a way in which I could purchase and receive postage through the online portal. The level of customer service from these two individuals was at a literal superhero level. They really did go above and beyond to help me out, and I'm so thankful for the work they put in to help me out. I have no hesitation in recommending this store.

Offered me $15 for a Cannon binoculare that I paid $360 for and were willing to allow me to pawn my Omega Seamaster for $100 only..

The customer service in this place is unacceptable. Waited around for what felt like 2 hours while the staff pretended to work. And when they did finally got around to serving me they were rude and totally disrespectful. The worse thing is that they have been like this for years. I have heard from a number of people that they had the same experience while shopping in this store. I personally recommend staying clear of this store or you will have a bad time.
