Worst customer service from a store manager ever. Stay away. He will refuse to give a refund for a blatant faulty item but instead tell you to just pick out the same thing as a replacement. How does one do that in a second hand store where there was only ever one item to start with or similar items are all in differing conditions? Refused a refund on one item but has now lost the potential sales of many more. Obviously the criteria to run this store is just being able to open the door in the morning.
