It's just okay, display of the products is not wow, staff is sometimes helpful.

If i had an option to rate -1 i would gladly do that. Great staff but poooooor manager. This manager lady called carren/carrel have a very poor attitude towards both staff and customers. I went to return a home theater system within 4 days of purchase and she refused to pay back my money saying whoever staff member sold it to me will give me my money back, though she knew that it was faulty. When i arrive the staff couldnt assist and said i need to speak to the manager. I asked for her and she said she was busy with tv licences i can wait until she's done if i want. I waited for about 2 hours and when she came i approached her and greeted politely, and she pointed me with a finger and said "hey, cant you see am still busy?" And she did that too to her staff and this other old lady who needed her assistance. infront of people that store is great with good staff but they are going to loose lot of customers because of that manager. Even the staff will be like "iyoh we all fear her, she's always like that"

Walked around the no so busy store, not a single staff came and ask if they could assist as they were more interested in talking to each other. Looked at 3 second hand phones and all of them still have previous owners photos and e-mails linked? It's like buying a stolen phone.

We arrived and greeted a white gentleman at the door, who proceeded to walk away from us with no greeting and who called a black employee to attend to us. He simply refused to even acknowledge us. That is disgusting!!!
