what a bunch of thieving scumbags. they offered me $40 for a bunch of ps3 games. So i took them to the cash converters at wynnum plaza and they gave me $85. (FOR THE EXACT SAME GAMES!)

Very expensive items, rude surly staff. Loans are out of desperation only. Go into one even for a small amount and go into bigger debt getting them back.

Pricey. They forget that people can buy the same cheaper and choose from a bigger range on Gumtree or Facebook Marketplace. BUT the reason they go to Cash Converters is you pay a little more but YOU GET A WARRANTY!So please don't get defensive whenever I return something that doesn't work as intended. Anything second hand is more likely to break than a new item so people are more likely to return them. I need not remind you that your very large profit margin is there to cover this loss, that's how your business model works.

Was lied to buy the guy over the counter. Claimed he would only sell it for the price I'm asking. In the very same store it's $100 more!Also lied about EB Games selling games for less then I'm asking when their store has them for twice the price!Stay away!

Staff are quite helpful and eager to offer assistance or talk about what they're selling; however a LOT of items are very high priced compared to other cash converters therefore fresh stock hardly comes out

One of the more expensive CashConverters around Brisbane. Some stuff even close or over RRP for new. Some of the electronics is very poor quality (white van scam eelctronics) with ridiculous prices.
