My god FIRE THE STAFF (males) and probably the manager as well!!! Far out arrogantly rude picks dont even consider them humans. What a disgrace love shopping cash converters around everywhere i go but this is by far the worst! Should of checked the reviews before i walked in! And as it looks im not the only one treated with disrespect. NEVER stop here guys! From that only asian in the store.

I am extremely disappointed with this cashies for allowing the manager of buys and loans to be so disrespectful and rude too me. It was unnecessary and so wrong. The unnamed staff member believe he couldn't be repremanded because he was the manager. However head office disagreed and said that attitude is not what cashies wants to represent.

Staff very rude they wont let no one speak to the manager and they sell the equipment cost to much they sell second hand stuff for the same price as it would cost brand new

I've never had a problem going through with cash converters, have bought, sold, lent multiple items which was easy and fast. Waiting is a little bit of an issue and interest on loans is poor. But other than that staff are usually really nice ( ladies ) .
