A terrible store and experience. Arranged someone to quote on furniture etc. two days ago. Took off work to be there and confirmed day of. 2 hours after they were meant to be here tried to follow up and they put the phone down on me. Phoned again and asked to speak to a manager and they hung up on me again. DO NOT USE THIS STORE.

Had a really great experience at the buying section of this branch. They were really helpful and gave me a much better deal that the other branches that I've been to.Thanks to the staff for a wonderfully refreshing experience in great customer service.

Bought a game, here. Cashier Gave me the wrong disc while chatting to friends of hers, tried to change it for another game the next week was not allowed to because of their mistake
