Good sized store and lots on offer here.They don't sell vape products anymore, which is a shame.They sell slushies in here, for £1 a cup, which is very good value.Staff didn't greet us as we walked into the store, and neither did they ask if we wanted any assistance. We walked in, looked around and left. We were in there for about 10.minuyes in total and weren't approached once by any of the 4 members of staff in the store. 1 was on the buying counter on his phone, 2 were behind the front till chatting and there was another on the shop floor close to the door, talking over to the 2 behind the counter.Find this one to be a little overpriced.Ossotto products great though!Store was clean and tidy and well stocked.

I have bought many things here in the last year. Everything is still working fine. The staff are very eager to get your business, hungry for the sale .. but this always translates into you getting thier full attention 100% customer service.

Brillaint store, amazing refurb makes the shop look as good as the customer it provides, brilliant and happy staff always willing to help, my first stop in buying and selling second hand items ☺

Awful... awful.. awful.. change what they will and won't buy all the time. Watches for example.. everything u buy is broken,especially game controllers which I've asked them to test as cust feedback before... i even called them to cash a cheque bit when i got there was told they didn't have that much money on the premises (£2300) they then gave me £600 and told me to come back a week later for the rest.. I did go back.. They had forgotten it was bank holiday Monday and tried to get me to go in the next day for the rest.. After arguing the point it was already past the point I cud have cleared it in the bank they finally settled up with me.... Their excuse.. that's just the way things go sometimes.. awful customer service.. They even have a fan next to the sales desk they openly tell u is for 'smelly people'...
