Brittany was incredibly helpful over the phone. She was even more pleasent in person. I was greeted by a man as 'Sir' and hellped right away. Who I beleive was the owner really worked with me on price and they even let me make payments with no interest. Super pleased with the quality of product and service. Always a pleasure doing business here. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Only downside is I often have my 5 yr old daughter with me and there isn't a restroom for when she is having an emergency....lol

By far the best selection of items in Grants Pass. Very friendly staff, they will make deals if you pay cash. I can’t speak on the pawn aspect, but I’m sure they are competitive with there loans. All around good shop, with new merchandise regularly.

The guys and girls there are amazing! I had some stuff stolen on Wednesday, made a list of what I was missing along with a case number, and today I got a call saying they got some of my stuff back for me. I really appreciate that they kept a look out for my property.

I absolutely love this place! The entire crew is awesome, I am always greeted with a smile and asked how they can help me. The customer service is amazing, always nice and professional but yet personable. They always do the best they can to help me to the best of there ability. My son got a controller on his birthday and they cut me a deal. It's always clean and looks nice, there is a great selection of items and a bit of almost everything. I would recommend this place to anyone, they are a 5⛤ place for sure and I will continue doing my business here for a long time to come. Thank you to all of you and your time. Your awesome! !

I haven’t dealt with too many pawn shops in my life, My wife and I ended up with some debt that needed to be paid, and the guys at Cash Connection gave me more that a fair evaluation on a loan for my guns. I appreciate the the fair price. I find them straight up. I hope they know the holes they help people get out of. Thank you guys.
