Called 3 times and asked for exactly what all is needed. Twice on one day and the third time before driving there. Got names. Repeated back. The carnivores with empty heads never once told me all the specifics of what is needed. Had ID theft on my acct so it is currently negative. They must have positive balance. I have a new acct. They won't accept it. Has to be 30 days old or more. These trolls are evil.
