Cash Canada McLeod location- Excellent Customer service! I called, and after the 2nd ring, they answered. They where very understanding and helpful, as I have had nothing but problems with the Forest Lawn location. To the point where we are ready to launch legal action. With the McLeod location, it was unbelievably nice to be able to get in touch with someone....to talk to someone. I believe her name was Howy? Howi? All I wanted to know, is why my payments where being rejected. I left 2 messages via phone for Corporate in Edmonton, 1 voicemail, and 3 emails. Not 1 single person has yet to connect with me. If I ever go back, It will be the McLeod location we deal with. Thanks You Cash Canada McLeod!

I have been dealing with Cash Canada Pawnshop on Macleod and 46th for over 12 years now. In that time, I have always been greeted upon entering the store and have been given the best service I have ever received from ANY pawnshop. They always go out of their way to make sure I don't lose any of my stuff and are very understanding when time are tough. I would like to give a big shout out to Hayden and Scott....even thought they are management, they work just as hard as the rest of the crew. And for the rest you.....the gone but not forgotten Jarred, wish you all the best my Irish friend.....Ashliegh, Steph, Hawi.....thank you for your dedication and commitment to providing the best customer service in the industry....and to all the newbies...I hope you can carry on the legacy and show the rest of Calgary, that Cash Canada is LEGENDARY!!!

Staff sold me a tv that has lines on the bottom of the screen and through the middle of the screen. Wont do anything about it. Do not shop here

Great people. I went in because I needed to borrow a bit of money on my gold chain. They were able to get me what I needed, and let me know if I needed more in the future they could help me out. Cleanest pawn shop I've ever been in.

Lost my phone it takes 2 days to get a new 1 on insurance so went to buy a cheap phone they sold me a blackberry said it would work big surprise it didn't bought one from freedom went to take it back probably 3 hours later they said no you didn't by insurance so I threw it on the floor stomped on it so they don't try n sell it again pawn shops are no place to buy anything they are parasites
