Have just purchased a 'mini-hi-fi' which turns out to be actually be a DVD player and sub-woofer in the wrong package and wrong brand. Money was taken first by the cashier, before the package was apparently lost for 10 minutes and then i came home to find that the items were wrong. The store is listed as closing at 4pm today, but when I tried to call up and demand refund, the phone would not answer at 3.10pm.
