Let me start by saying, I rarely write a testimonial; unless I feel an individual or organization has gone “above and beyond” my level of expectation. Carver Auto Sales (CAS) far exceeded my level of expectation! They were honest and transparent every step of the transaction. For example, when I bought my vehicle it was making a noise when starting the engine. The customer service rep ensured me that they would take care of it; even though my warranty would be expiring soon. I am happy to say they addressed the issue and solved the problem! When my vehicle was being repaired CAS provided a loaner vehicle. Unfortunately, the loaner had a flat tire. The owner of the company came and picked me up so I didn’t have to wait for the tow truck!! So very kind! We are so pleased with our vehicle and we truly have never had such a great experience when dealing with any other dealership. You cannot go wrong purchasing a vehicle from this dealership!

Poor customer service. Looked at a BMW there and during the test drive warning lights came on. Brought the vehicle back from the test drive and told the salesman. We asked if they could fix it as we would like to buy it. He stated they couldn't fix it today and we left our number so when the issue was resolved we could come and buy the vehicle. No call all week, so I followed up to find out they sold it to someone else. I'm glad we didn't do business with such people.

This will be my 3rd car from Carver Auto.. I like to buy new cars every 3-4 years and have always had a great experience with Dave and Dave. These guys are straight shooters and just give you the info your looking for. As I said already 3rd car, I totally trust these guys and If I ask about a specific car they let me know there honest opinion. I'm thankful for that now adays instead of just trying to get a sell. If there is a problem they stand behind there work! My Father has bought 2 SUV from carver as well! Super excited to get me new one this week!
