They swapped my diamond from an engagement ring, when was pawned,was a 0.50 carat, they replaced it with glass that was cracked in a corner, i refused to take the ring and argued that was not my diamond, when i went back again, they had my diamond back into my ring, i was lucky as my diamond had a small white dot, si2, so i could recognise it,but im sure they've done it many times to many people!Do not trust them!!!

Excellent service! I brought a fifty year old watch to many jewellers only to be told it was unfixable. Dropped into Carthy Jewellers and it was fix in a week. Great knowledge and friendly service .

Very rude and unhelpful personnel.The employee couldn't recognise my watch was made out of gold 18kt, and threw it back to me as if it was dirt. Very, very, very disappointed.Pawned a ring for 50 euro, looking forward to have the money to pay it back so I won't have anything to do with them again.
