I worked with Kelly Rowland at the main branch and she was awesome! They have some of the best rates available And I would recommend calling Kelly for any type of loan needs you may have. Thanks for making my transaction so easy and quick.

Never very happy with Holmestown Road branch. (I went to the branch on 17 once - seemed much more proficient). My main complaint: Went in to DEPOSIT a paycheck (not that it should make a difference, but, it was a retroactive paycheck for a wage increase). Teller types something into computer, say there is a problem, and consults with someone in the office. Returns and tells me that the check is no good, it is not valid. I found this somewhat hard to believe - after all - it was a paycheck from UPS. They don't really have a reputation of paying their employees with bad checks. So I took the check over to SOUTH ATLANTIC BANK, explained that I just came from C.T.F.C.U., etc, etc. Teller at SOUTH ATLANTIC BANK looked at the check, could find no reason to believe the check was bad, and proceeded to deposit the check. Check cleared - no problem! Certainly will not be using CTFCU in the future.

I have never had a problem with CTFCU. They have always been courteous, friendly and helpful in all my needs. It is better than my credit union I had up north.

I've been a customer for seven years always had great service . Entering the bank today the door can be a little confusing .you have to stand close to the second door for it to open .no problem going in the teller line I hand her my drivers license my account information and my last car payment . Then rude teller told me to take my hat off which I asked her why she pointed to a sign and said it was policy I have been in the bank for at least 15 minutes how come someone didn't ask me to take it off before then??? I just gave you on my identification makes no sense then while waiting for her to finish two customers tried to come through the same door which they had problems and she proceeded to call them stupid. Nice attitude Donna!!! I will be pulling my money and my business out of Carolina trust!!!!!!

They used to be 5 stars, now they have new tellers in there and they are rude. I went in there and was always greeted by friendly tellers, these new ones are just bitter old ladies. I had an issue last time i was in there. There were three of us standing in line, and one guy sitting in the chairs in front of a TV. The two older ladies in front of me were both wearing hats, one a ballcap with a pony tail out of the back, and another some sort of woven hat. They were being helped without problem when one of them was done, she moved to the sitting area and that is when i was called up. I asked the teller how she was doing, and her response was "please take off your hat sir" nothing else. Well obviously this got me a little upset and i looked to my right and asked why doesn't this lady next to me have to take her hat off? The teller said "Its just our policy". Then i pointed to both people in the waiting area, an older man, and an older woman both wearing hats. I asked what about them? She replied " I didn't notice theirs". Then i asked her if she was going to ask them to take their hats off, since that was the policy. She said no of course, I said if it is policy you should apply it universally. She didn't like my response and asked me to take it off again, to which I replied "not happening" she processed my transaction and i told her to have a great day. She told me "I hope you have the day you deserve". I understand when people get older they see young people in a different way, but this was pretty excessive considering I am still a customer regardless of age. I understand that taking off my hat shouldn't really be an issue, but don't make me take mine off and no one else, just because I'm young. I'd avoid this credit union if it wasn't the only one in my area.
