All I can say about this place is wow... I just purchased a vehicle from this place and haven’t seen it in days... ive had to have 3 repairs done on it already and the 3rd one is still actually pending because they can’t figure out what the problem is... after having a conversation with mechanic.. he was very rude in our conversation actually making me feel as if he is very busy and he will get to my vehicle when he can... after telling me he needs time to work on it I left the vehicle there and was told he hasn’t gotten around to it yet.. due to “other scheduled appointments and bad weather” I am highly frustrated at this point.. and wish I would’ve kept my trade in... they promise you things will be taken care of only to rush you out the door... and when you have to call to follow up.. they are busy.... I am a very patient person ... however I’ve been taken to the limit... when they say they don’t care... they really don’t.... John is a good guy but the service and priority level I’ve received has been next to poor.... unless you have great credit and can get into anything.. I wouldn’t recommend this place... wanted my first car lease to be enjoyable... but it turned out to be a huge disappointment...
