Cardinal Credit Union was the best credit union there Staff was extremely Knowledgeable and hard working.They got me a great rate on my loan would not use any other credit union.

I really really love Cardinal. Of all the banking experiences I've ever had in my 50 years, a credit union is where its at. They've helped me with my mortgage and with refinancing, getting the payment to one that is more reasonable for my budget. They've helped me improve my credit score and consolidate debt into an easily manageable lump sum, with low interest... I've used my VISA card reward points to redeem a really awesome crock pot, so that's a plus too! They recently upgraded their entire technology suite, which improved the online banking and bill pay experience, and for me I think it's easier to navigate through. The new website is clear, informative and looks AMAZING! I really enjoy the marketing materials I get or see these days, they're very creative and well thought out. Overall, this credit union deserves a chance to prove how amazing they are. A lot of other negative reviews I've seen generally sound like that person got denied for a loan or didn't meet the requirements needed and in retaliation, left a bad review. That's not Cardinals fault! They do everything they can to make sure your banking experience is first class top end service. LOVE YOU GUYS. I can't thank you enough.

Helped me with improving my credit score, which went up 98 points because of their attentiveness, advice, guidance and expertise. After my score went up, I was instantly improved for an Auto loan and visa card. Despite what any negative reviews say, perhaps they got denied for a loan and weren't happy -- this place truly does care about its members and their financial well-being. The services are great, the branches are beautiful, especially Mentor....the new website they launched is phenomenal and well organized and the people are all extremely caring and nice. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Before reading the reviews and making judgements based solely from those, go in and talk to someone first.

I’ve been banking with cardinal for a while but the fact that the Richmond branch is only a drive through makes it almost unbearable. The wait is completely ridiculous.

The bank was fine in the beginning but now it honestly a pain. Since they changed to only drive Through, service takes twice as long meaning 20min plus some days. Also the lack of location is a pain. Having to drive all the way on the other side of towns a pain. I’m currently switching banks now and more happy. Wouldn’t recommend.
