Ben from Card Fellow is a true gem! Ben is responsive, extremely knowledgeable and cares. I own 3 companies and have been with same cc processor for years. Despite repeated research to find lower cost providers and loyalty discounts, i stumbled upon Card Fellow. I spoke with Ben, went through process and surprisingly was able to secure better rates, a significantly improved card interface and well educated support . Like many...changing cc processors is filled with speculation, frustration and complicated contracts. Card Fellow makes it exceptionally easy and i could not recommend more.

Cardfellow caught an erroneous fee from our merchant provider. They contacted the provider on our behalf and indeed the charge was credited back to us right away.
