Very rude owner! Wanted my account cancelled never used his service charges for months wouldn't remeberse me cancelled my account was very short on the phone and snotty. Hung up on me while I was still talking. Not my fault you took to long to setup my account I cancelled you right away.

Horrible customer service. Our credit card swiper broke and they basically blow us off. When I called to cancel the owner, Travis was extremely rude and condescending. We cancelled January 8 and are still getting charged the $49.00 card concepts service fee for two months of "service". Our contract was up. I would definitely recommend finding a card processing company with better customer service because theirs is terrible.
