Client Review on Car Title Loan
Feedback:
I called the employee on the phone before going to the location. I had recently been to a different location a week ago and wanted to go get another loan for money after paying a balance off. I explained this on the phone. No one told me on the phone I had to wait seven days after paying the balance off to get more when I got to the store they told me this but not on the phone. I drove all the way here to be told I cant be helped even though I called and said what do I need to do to reapply or get money a second time. Fourteen miles wasted going all the way out here when I could have been td this on the phone.
