I love the service and people are very friendly! My service on my car was cheaper then any other garage and they did the same work! Great people!

Feedback:

I wouldn't take a free car from this business because they all are great intigrity violaters. I purchased a car from CarCreditfirst in Chicopee, MA and with promises of a safe car that worked properly before purchase. After purchase the car couldn't make it out of the lot for two weeks. Back to back lies and deception occured from their mechanic Frank and his teen son. I contacted the bank that awarded the loan and the finance manager immediately was on board to cancel the loan due to the "LEMON" - safety hazard of this purchase. Before canceling the deal, I spoke to Frank of Car Credit 1, one last time. Frank had spoke to me via telephone and face-to-face, reassuring that he will fix the vehicle to the fullest if I decided to continue with this loan process and/ or business venture between he and I. After careful deliberation with my civil lawyer, I told Frank that I will allow him one last time to fix the vehicle. Frank relayed to me that after the last two weeks of having the vehicle, he had fixed the engines bad mounts, replaced the clutch, and finally fixed the vehicles stalling situation. After test driving the WRX with Frank in the passenger seat, the car finally drove and performed like it was suppose too. I told Frank that I was frustrated with him not having the integrity to tell me the vehicle had issues before signing contracts with his company from day one of the deal. He apologized many times and added that he will give me 60 days of added warranty on all the parts and service he replaced and performed. This negative situation will keep me from ever recommending Car Credit 1 to any others I know. The company will never get my business again. After the 60 days driving the vehicle I have spent $3516.28 and still need to spend another $1266.23 for more safety issues (brakes and rear stabizer bar and mounts). I have nothing but pure proof to this very bad situation. Lastly, Frank kid son told me that the battery was brand new. After testing the battery the same day the battery had 4 CCA's out of the 525 CCA's it was suppose to have. The materials advertised within did not match the sale (no mats, different shift knob, etc.). Good luck!ScottMassachusetts DOT MEO1Combat Veteran Sergeant USMC/ US Army(former) Law Enforcement Police OfficerHome Town Hero Massachusetts
