Nice people and a nice company. They actually didn't record one of the payments I had made. Had to dig through my bank records to show it had been made. I'm going to assume an honest mistake. Consumers make sure you know what you owe.

I always find something special when I come into this store. They have beautiful vintage pieces and great deals on newer items as well. Service is great and they've also repaired a couple of my rings and necklaces for me, with such precision you'd never even know a repair was made. So nice to have such a great jeweler in town. Excellent service all around!

Either run a jewelry shop or a pet shop. You can't have a dog barking at your customers while they spend thousands of dollars on jewlery and expect them to buy anything. Was ready to buy Jewelry but could even think about it because of their dog barking at me the entire time I was in their store. What the heck is with people having to bring their dogs everywhere they go? Look at thier other reviews all one time fake reviews..

Stopped in for a very small repair, was nicely greeted and helped on the spot. No pushy sales people. Jeweler did a great job. This is a company that does business the way it should be.

I was referred by a friend who went in for a small repair and told me how lovely this store was. I went in for an insurance appraisal of my jewelry, some estate jewelry as well as more modern pieces. Victor was so patient with me as he inventoried my collection, and then my treasures were passed over to Jennifer. Jennifer was kind, helpful, honest, professional and did I mention kind? she took her time explaining the process and advising what to insure and what would not worth insuring due to deductible costs, etc. I left there very, very pleased and would absolutely recommend this family business which still has the small town touch.
