Well purchased a bulova black watch there..charged me $15 less than a brand new one..and I had to get the battery replaced at Berkshire mall..so total price was $10 more than a brand new one..RIP off..

Found the owner of Capitol Cash Exchange not only very professional but very helpful I'd come in to purchase something one time and he didn't have the exact item but he spent the time to look up where I could purchase it on the internet. I'm also very happy to say that Capitol Cash Exchange does donate to nonprofit organizations they have donated many times to reading search and rescue which is a 501 3C nonprofit they are a wonderful organization and I am proud to know them

Very friendly staff, I think he is the owner. I don't get the money I was waiting, but this is a business and we have to understand that he give you money with no guarantee and he has to resale the item with some profit.
