Feedback:

Went to deposit money to my daughter’s account and the ATM took the money but it did not deposit it in her account. She now missed payments and will have to pay extra money on those accounts. Money she does not have. She called and she was told they can probably give her a temporary credit for n 3 days. I know it’s not my account, but still. This is my daughter’s first bank account and she is very disappointed because of this situation. She did not want an account at Chase or Wells Fargo because she thought Capital One would give her better service and now this. Extremely disappointed and upset about my daughter’s situation.
