Excellent customer service! I went to buy a latte, but I did not have my physical Capital One credit card with me. I tried paying with my app, but unfortunately their machine was not working at the moment. As a courtesy they gave me my drink for free. How awesome is that!? It felt really good to be a Capital One customer!
