I’m only giving them a ONE star because when I paid off BOTH loans, they never reported paid off to my credit. I filed a dispute and then they were nasty and falsely not only reported late payments that weren’t correct, they reported my loans were not paid off or closed and that my balance actually increased. I’ve reported them to the BBB, and filed yet another dispute with bank statements showing they drafted my payments every month on time, including my final pay off amounts! This company will also be reported to the FCRA for not following guidelines and reporting accuracy to the credit bureaus. Absolutely terrible that a company would do this to anyone! Capital Goodfund you will wish you’d of not done this to me by the time I’m done with you! I’m also turning this over to my attorney! Thanks for being so nasty to a good paying customer!Amanda Rosas

Hoping to do 5 star. Yesterday, the rep i chatted with said to expect email/call from loan officer..still waiting and this is for emergency. Today operations supposedly is closed, which has me nervous but haven't lost hope yet! Want to change to 5 star!🙏

I filled out my application for a loan on Sunday and by Tuesday afternoon we were signing closing paperwork. Roxana was wonderful and quick to respond to my questions via email. What a life saver this company is! Hats off to you!!

I have worked with Capital Good Fund for several years now and every time my experience with them have been outstanding. All the loan officers I have worked with are very professional, knowledgeable and always respond in a timely manner. As an immigrant I understand the importance of maintaining the right status in this country however in order to do so there is always a need for funds to file the right paperwork and to retain the services of an attorney. Capital Good Fund is unique in providing immigration loans for individuals like myself who would otherwise struggle paying the fees on our own. I fully trust the services offered at this organization and recommend them to one and all who are looking for similar help.
