Please be more responsible while handling the customer's cheque leaves. You cannot accept the cheques form me and come back in a month to tell me that you never received them. This is unacceptable. And the response from the customer care, easy and simple "cancel the cheques, you can anyway request a new cheque book from bank if you are running low on cheque leaves." Stop harassing the customer's by calling them 2 times a day for a fault which is not their's. And worse yet, we have to explain the whole situation from the beginning on every call to make the customer care executive understand whats happening. Disappointed and annoyed to the core.

since two days i am following up for SMS from capital float for LOAN CANCELLATION but yet not received , have received SMS for loan application proceeding within 5 minuts , then after reminding two three times why i am not getting SMS for LOAN CANCELLATION if have already cancelled loan from CAPITAL FLOAT. please give me reasonJUST NOW HAVE RECEIVED REPLY FROM CAPITAL FLOAT ON MAIL, THANK YOU

Fraud company. Kindly be aware of the documents you submit to them. Because once the documents are submitted they will provide various sorts of irrelevant excuses. Also the executives you visits for the loan process make sure you check their identification. In the end I would like to aware you all that the documents you provide them will be used inappropriately.
