I received a text that I was denied 3 business days after applying. Not sure why, I am being represented by one of the most established PI firms in Georgia, and my attorney provided the necessary information. No excessive amount was requested. No direct answer provided on the denial.Edit: I received a response from the "owner", and the claim that my case is worth a max of $5,000 before any medical or legal fees are paid, is highly inaccurate. I will definitely be sure to update my review to prove this upon receipt of my settlement offer.

I really enjoy Dr. Golden and Ms. Ann’s customer service! They are very direct and they fight for you! They get down to the nitty gritty to make sure that you get the funds that you deserve IF they can help you. At the end of the day it is a business so they have to make sure they can assist you without putting a burden on their company. Either way, I love their customer service. I’d recommend to others.
